Conditions of Employment:

223 duty days and 22 vacation days for a total of 245 days.

Salary and Benefits:

$120,371 $154,141 based on education and experience. A doctoral stipend of $2,082 is available. In addition, the District offers an attractive fringe benefit package including medical, dental, and vision coverage for the employee and dependents, and life insurance for employees. Employees are also members of the California State Teachers Retirement System (CalSTRS).

Clovis Community College currently serves approximately 10,000 credit and noncredit students each semester who enroll in courses for transfer preparation, career education, and foundational skills. Of our 10,000 students, 40% are Latinx, 1% are American Indian/Alaska Native, 9% are Asian, 2% are Black/African American, 37% are White, and 7% are multiracial.
