This position is a short-term, hourly, non-bargaining unit position, not to exceed 160 days per Fiscal Year. This advertisement is to create a pool of applications to be used when there is an available opening as a Project Specialist in the DSPS office at Saddleback College. Performs a variety of general office duties. Will assist with assigning adaptive furniture for disabled students requesting this accommodation. Will track adapted furniture requests and track areas where furniture is being used/stored. Will schedule cart transportation service for students needing transportation to classes. Will follow-up and track medicals for verification of student’s disabilities. Will assist with front desk duties when needed. Perform related duties as required.
