POSITION HIGHLIGHTS:
The Director, Statewide Programs will lead the Student Success Suite (SSS) team to provide student application and onboarding product development and deployment, as well as associated end user support services for the 116 California Community Colleges and their ~1.8 million students. The Student Success Suite currently consists of OpenCCC, CCCApply, and CCC MyPath.
 
The successful candidate should have an interest in emerging opportunities and creative solutions, supporting system-wide improvements in digital equity, accessibility, availability, interoperability, and security, across a diverse collection of constituents with sometimes opposing needs and interests. The candidate will have the ability to form coalitions across diverse teams to support problem solving and build advocacy for new solutions.

The Director, Statewide Programs will be responsible for advocating, facilitating, and leading change at an enterprise level and be comfortable working with remote/virtual teams in an environment of participatory governance. ?At the local level, the candidate will support software development teams with coaching and guidance, enabling them to build the best products possible, aligned with business goals established by product teams and stakeholders.
 
The CCC Technology Center is a grant-funded service division of the Butte-Glenn Community College District (BGCCD). The scope of CCCTC services include but are not limited to software development and operations for cloud-hosted system-wide applications, data services, data exchange mechanisms, curriculum management systems, student information system (SIS/ERP) integrations, federated identity, and end user support including help desk, implementation, and training services. 

The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with a 1-hour unpaid lunch.
