PLEASE NOTE: Employment in this position is contingent upon funding by Guided Pathways (50%) and Strong Workforce Program funds (50%).

To provide leadership, oversight, and coordination of the college’s strategic enrollment management efforts. This is a temporary, two-year, categorically-funded position reporting to the president of the college. This position will support the college community’s student-centered, innovative strategies that will increase enrollment and completions.

The SEM Director will be responsible for the facilitation and oversight of college-wide enrollment strategies to help Saddleback College shape its enrollments by focusing on student access, retention, persistence, completion, and overall success. The director will also serve as a critical link to the college’s student support services and instructional areas, including economic and workforce development, community education, and other auxiliary instructional programs. The director will facilitate effective communication and collaboration across the college in the coordination of efforts to meet enrollment goals and targeted growth. The director will also interface with internal and external constituents to gather information, disseminate information, and build consensus and support for SEM strategies and tactics to affect change.
