The Santa Clarita Community College District/College of the Canyons is seeking a full-time Director, Enrollment Support.

"BIG PICTURE" RESPONSIBILITY:
Under the direction of the Associate Vice President of Instruction, assumes responsibility for shaping the District’s enrollment management strategies, by focusing on strategic course scheduling practices, state apportionment reporting, and complex data analyses in support of achieving enrollment targets and meeting students’ curriculum and scheduling needs. Works with Institutional Research, Planning, and Institutional Effectiveness to track student retention, persistence, transfer, and completion. Serves as the Instruction liaison with Enrollment Services, Admissions & Records, Outreach & School Relations, the Student Business Office, Human Resources, Business Services, MIS, PIO, and the Economic Development Division to develop and implement a dynamic, forward-looking, and comprehensive strategic enrollment management plan that aligns with statewide and District strategic initiatives and ensures a strong link between scheduling; local, regional, state, and federal priorities; and community needs. Assists Instruction with the enrollment management committee while also working closely with the Dean of Academic Innovation and Continuing Education in preparing an efficient course schedule using an equity-minded Guided Pathways framework that best aligns with the Strategic Plan and fiscal priorities. Provides essential monitoring of various instructional program activities. Performs other duties as assigned.
Equivalent of three (3) years of full-time increasingly responsible experience in a college setting which demonstrates possession of the knowledge and skills necessary to perform the duties of this position.
Possession of a Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university. Two years direct experience in addition to that identified above may be substituted for each year (30 semester units of college coursework for a maximum substitution of four additional years of experience for two years (60 semester units) of college.
