Under general supervision from faculty and/or counseling staff, performs a wide variety of technical and clerical duties in the Center for Career and Life Development (CCLD); provides assistance to students using CCLD resources and/or enrolled in Applied Psychology courses; acquires, catalogs, and circulates materials in the CCLD library; supervises student workers during the evening hours; oversees assigned functional area including orientations for AP classes, sales of testing materials, and maintenance and operation of CCLD computer laboratory and software during evening hours of operation; provides a wide variety of information and assistance to students regarding College and Division services and programs. Incumbent performs a wide range of administrative support, secretarial, and clerical duties independently for a single-function program area for student services program.

This position is a short-term, temporary, Non-Bargaining Unit assignment, not to exceed 160 days. The assignment is on an as needed basis, and may be shortened or extended. This recruitment will remain open until filled or withdrawn.
