Under general supervision from faculty and/or counseling staff, performs a wide variety of technical and clerical duties in the Center for Career and Life Development (CCLD); provides assistance to students using CCLD resources and/or enrolled in Applied Psychology courses; acquires, catalogs, and circulates materials in the CCLD library; supervises student workers during the evening hours; oversees assigned functional area including orientations for AP classes, sales of testing materials, and maintenance and operation of CCLD computer laboratory and software during evening hours of operation; provides a wide variety of information and assistance to students regarding College and Division services and programs. Incumbent performs a wide range of administrative support, secretarial, and clerical duties independently for a single-function program area for student services program.
This position is a short-term, temporary, Non-Bargaining Unit assignment, not to exceed 160 days. The assignment is on an as needed basis, and may be shortened or extended.
