    General Statement

    Adjunct instructors will teach courses to a diverse student population on our main campus in Worcester and/or at additional satellite locations within our service area (i.e., Southbridge and area high schools). Courses may be assigned for days, evenings or Saturdays, and responsibilities include instructional preparation, assessment of student performance and assistance to students. Adjunct faculty will attend a limited number of faculty meetings.


    Job Requirements:
    Minimum Qualifications



    • Master's degree healthcare related field

    • Teaching/training experience




    Preferred Qualifications



    • Bachelor's degree in healthcare related fields or in education.

    • Demonstrated track record in innovative, non-traditional modes of instruction and instructional delivery.

    • Experience working in healthcare or teaching in a healthcare program

    • Strong evidence of passionate commitment to striving for excellence in working with students, faculty, and staff and in responding to opportunities that extend the Mission of the College.

    • Demonstrated commitment to promoting diversity in the curriculum as appropriate.
